Common checks for Kedalion Sentinel for Jira Cloud.

Do not paste raw issue content, secrets, card numbers, or full personal data into support requests or screenshots.

The project list is empty

Refresh the Jira page, confirm the app has access to the current site, and make sure you are opening the app from a Jira Cloud context where projects are available.

The scan returned no findings

Check the selected projects, the enabled policy packs, and whether the tested content is in supported issue fields. The app only reports matches that survive validation and reconciliation.

The issue panel looks empty

The issue panel shows stored findings for the current Jira issue. If nothing appears, confirm the current issue belongs to a scanned project and has matched content in the latest stored run.

The filters are confusing

Use the app filters to separate open findings, resolved findings, and false positives. If you want the current workflow explained again, return to the guide.
